DESIGN
Once you’ve expressed interest, we’ll carry out a project consultation with you. Our experienced design team will work with you to create unique fixture designs, carefully select materials and finishes that match your brand or company accurately. GS designers work in close collaboration with our artisans to turn design into furniture. Your fixtures will be very functional, the most efficient, well-crafted, durable, simple to manage, and adaptable to be installed at each of your locations.
Our knowledgeable, detail-oriented team has deep expertise in project management, CAD, 2D and 3D-modeling and rendering, and machine programming. We produce tenant plans in both 2D and visual 3D to ensure that the utmost attention is paid to every detail of space planning. We incorporate design for manufacturing and installation into our designs and prototypes to make the design dream come true. Using advanced software automation tools for design, we can easily communicate with you during the development phase, which helps you to see the future (or existing) space in a visual format you can understand to customize materials and sizing to meet your needs.
MANUFACTURING
When we’ve received your approval of the design, we’ll make the quotation for the project. After your deposit is received, we’ll supply the technical drawings of fixtures for your confirmation. Every finish, size, part and piece are specified to be produced.
Once you’ve confirmed the technical drawings, our dedicated and experienced production team will manufacture accordingly
We start with carefully selected high-quality materials and documented lean manufacturing practices.
For precision fit and finish, we cut and do sawing, drilling, dowelling, and edge-banding tightly dimensioned parts on automated equipment.
Skilled and highly trained operators, assemblers, and expert craftsmen build fixtures customized to your specific needs following strictly documented standard operating procedures at each customer-focused process. When the fixtures are finished, we’ll take photos or videos for your confirmation.
We pack the products after your approval, We pack the products after your approval, labeling of every item allowing for safe passage and clear identification on arrival. Each fixture is quality inspected before leaving the production floor.
